I work with professional women (fifty plus),  who are brilliant, capable and intelligent; the only problem is you've been relying on alcohol as your support and know it's time (and you're ready ) to upgrade your life.

Years of doing your best to avoid anxiety and conflict by playing small and putting other people’s needs first has led to resentment, stress and feelings of “what about me?”

You come across, and you are a strong woman but spend too much time worrying about what other people think. it’s no wonder then, that you’ve used alcohol as an escape over the years; a crutch to help dial down your anxiety and emotions.

Trouble is, you know that the respite that alcohol gives you is temporary and over time you are needing to drink more to get the same effect (thats what happens isnt it)

  • You’re getting more and more worried about how much you are drinking – you need to drink more to get the same effect  ..
  •  One of your first thoughts when you wake up is “how much did I drink last night?”
  • You're spending more and more time wondering if you have a ‘drink problem’ – after all theres lots of people you know who drink lots more than you and they don’t seem to worry
  • You make deals with yourself and have rules about days you won’t drink, or how much you will drink on certain daysY
  • you’re green smoothy in the morning kinda woman – which balances out the bottle of wine at the other end of the day (this was me!)
its all taking up so much head space isn’t it!
